Sometimes, all that is required to give a tired old patio a revamp is to replace sheeting and beams. The posts of this second story patio were in good condition so we simply replaced the beams and single skin roof sheeting. The polycarbonate sheeting provides a skylight effect, maximising the light to the area. It was a great option for the homeowners because it resulted in a saving which they chose to reinvest in updating the balustrading. The result for the two story home is a fresh and bright back patio which has rejuvenated the living space for the homeowners.
